OP-Centre is a beating heart od defence, intelligence and crisis management technology. This team work both within its own walls and out in the field. Sometimes it’s the last resort for the government of the US. 

          The Cold War is over.  But Russians have their own OP-Centre counterpart which is controlled by hardliners.  The new President of Russia is trying to create a democratic government but there are forces within the country which want to create chaos or even return Russia back to the times of the Czars.
