It’s another novel with Cussler’s famous character Dirk Pitt. 

          Dirk Pitt’s follows a wealthy Chinese businessman who makes a fortune smuggling people. Tracking his activities leads Pitt from Washington State to Louisiana, where the Chinese slaves are constructing a shipping port in the middle of nowhere. The trail leads to the sinking of a Chiang Kai-shek’s ship filled with gold and treasure. Pitt is going to fight with the most dangerous villain ever.
