Jim Swift is an Ex Master at Arms / Coxswain, who left the Navy in 1972 after 25 years service. He is a self taught Cartoonist with no particular ambition except to draw more and more cartoons! They already appear regularly in most National Nawspapers, and Navy News. When not drawing cartoons he runs a small but thriving Poster and T / shirt Printing Business in Portsmouth.
