Bruce Tegner is spectacularly qualified to write and demonstrate instruction in the field of the unarmed Arts, of which Karate is a speciality. Both his parents were proffesional Black Belt Judo and Jiu – Jitsu instructors. Mr. Tegner’s training began when he was two years old. His entire life has been spent in studying and teaching Judo, Karate, Savate, Aikido and related Arts.
